Louise Ogier

Louise Ogier has been nominated for Angel of the Year award, sponsored by Ravenscroft.

‘Louise is my PA at the Rohais GP surgery. I moved back to the island a year ago to work as a GP after a very difficult few years in the NHS,’ said her nominator, Katie Platts.

‘She has supported me through the transition of working on the island with endless patience and enormous knowledge. She is always one step ahead, knowing exactly what to do in order to support me, and the patients we look after.

‘I find it inspiring and admirable how she finds the strength and kindness to look after everyone around her to an almost unfathomable degree.

‘She has the most fantastic sense of humour which makes working together an absolute joy. I honestly cannot thank her enough for being one of the most empathetic people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing – the true epitome of a “good egg”.’
