Dave Wilson has been nominated for the Customer Service award, which is sponsored by DWA.

‘Dave responded to my email request for new kitchen taps – sent at 4.45pm on a Friday – within hours, giving me a price for the taps and labour. He found taps very similar to the taps I had and arrived on the morning he said he could come to replace the bad ones,’ said his nominator, Mandy Austin.

‘Dave is a lovely, polite and friendly man. He worked quickly and cleanly, and after 30 years of a leaking tap, despite my best efforts – I now have lovely taps that don’t leak thanks to Dave. His final invoice was also lower than the original quote due to his quick work. 

‘It’s been amazing – I’ve had a few plumbers over the decades for the taps. Now, I almost miss the drip.

‘His customer service, everything was spot-on. Huge thanks for a job well done.’
