Pride of Guernsey: Cristina Macedo

CRISTINA MACEDO, a member of staff at the Fermain Valley Hotel, has been nominated for this year’s Alexander Daniels-sponsored Customer Service of the Year Award.

Cristina, who has worked at the hotel in Fermain Lane for two years, was put forward for the Customer Service category by Nicky Strong.

Nicky said, ‘Cristina is a hard working, lovely lady who treats everyone with such utter respect.

‘She works long shifts at the Fermain Valley and handles every difficult situation really well.

‘She is kind, caring, patient and gives the most excellent service,’ Mrs Strong said.

‘Fermain Valley Hotel are so lucky to have her working as part of their team.’
