Customer Service

Who goes the extra mile for you?

GREAT customer service – when someone strives to make us feel valued - has the power to add a little bit of sparkle to our day.

Whether it’s over the phone, or face-to-face in a shop, receiving that top quality service is what turns a customer into a loyal follower who comes back again and again.

We think that there are hundreds of people in Guernsey who do that every day, and they should be recognised for the excellent service they provide. If you know someone who goes that extra mile every time, why not nominate them and let them know how great they are.

You can nominate your favourite server or shopkeeper or an entire business – tell us your experiences of great customer service in Guernsey.
