AFTER working their magic in A&E at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital while on call, Dr Bohin and Dr Dorrian have been nominated for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored Emergency Hero of the Year Award.

They were nominated by Helen O’Hara, who said they were truly amazing.

‘When our son Fletch had a serious episode in Town, which resulted in him needing CPR, he was rushed to A&E where Dr Bohin and Dr Dorrian were on duty.

‘I don’t know what happened in the Accident and Emergency room on that day, but they worked their magic and kept our little boy alive.’

Dr Dorrian is a general practitioner and emergency medicine doctor at the Queen’s Road and Longfrie surgeries while paediatrician Dr Bohin is at the Medical Specialists Group.

Helen said: ‘I will never be able to thank them enough, but this is my way – you are unbelievable people.’

‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart.’
