‘SO PATIENT and understanding’, are the J.E.R. Group, according to nominator Anita Fletcher.
The group are up for the RBC and Liberate-sponsored Diversity and Inclusion award for how they have supported Mrs Fletcher.
‘I have had such a hard year with my husband being very poorly but nothing has been too much trouble for them.’
Anita’s husband suffered a heart attack five months ago and needed quadruple bypass surgery. He has been in and out of hospital in Southampton since.
‘They have worked around me in every aspect of my darkest days.
‘There are not many people in the world with such compassion and understanding. I have never experienced bosses like it.’
Director of J.E.R. Group Natalie Norris said: ‘We have done what we felt was right. We have tried to be as understanding as possible by giving Anita the opportunity to work from home.’
Anita, who has worked for the group for two years, describes them as ‘a great place to work and so professional in what they do.
‘They are always willing to support all their workers, not just me.
‘I’m forever thankful.’
