Customer Service of the Year: Les Cotils Coffee Shop

‘HAPPY’ Les Cotils Coffee Shop, as described by regular customer Mrs Loaring, has been nominated for the Pride of Guernsey Customer Service of the Year award, sponsored by Cherry Godfrey.

Mrs Loaring praised the coffee shop for its very welcoming environment. Furthermore, she applauded the staff for their constant efforts and dedication to their work.

With beautiful views and personal table service, the coffee shop is very popular. This means that the staff sometimes find themselves in a busy and face-paced working environment.

‘I usually go every Friday and it’s always very busy,’ Mrs Loaring said.

Despite this, she was impressed at how the staff always worked hard and made sure to greet her whenever she arrived.

‘They deserve the nomination – the staff work very hard,’ she said.

‘There is good food and friendly service.’

Mrs Loaring nominated Les Cotils Coffee Shop because she would definitely rate the service highly and enjoys the cheery atmosphere.

‘It’s a happy place to go.’
