Customer Service of the Year: Joshua Renouf

Joshua has been working at Scope Furnishing since he left school 12 years ago. His service and expertise impressed nominator Anthony Goss.

‘Joshua was very patient and considerate. He answered all our questions with great confidence as he had a very good knowledge of the products.’

Because the company is a family business, Joshua works as a salesman but also as the manager. When asked what he enjoyed most about his roles, Joshua said customer satisfaction was his favourite part.

Anthony said he found Joshua extremely polite and helpful every time he visited Scope Furnishing.

He said: ‘My wife and I had to go many times back and forth from Scope to make up our minds. Each time, Joshua was very patient with us.

‘Nothing was too much trouble.’

Joshua’s vast knowledge of the company and products enabled them to select the furniture that was right for them.

‘He had all the information at his fingertips.’
