‘ENTHUSIASTIC’ Jeff Fox has been nominated for the Customer Service of the Year award, which is sponsored by DWA.

‘ENTHUSIASTIC’ Jeff Fox has been nominated for the Customer Service of the Year award, which is sponsored by DWA.

Mr Fox has been working at Ray & Scott, where he is a partner, for 18 years.

He joined the Ray & Scott team in 2005 when he moved to Guernsey with his family. 

Nominator Adam Guilbert said: ‘Jeff made the daunting task of finding the perfect engagement ring fun and easy. 

‘His knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the whole process made it fun and stress-free.’

Mr Fox said he enjoys working at Ray & Scott and does everything from cleaning windows and fitting light bulbs to selling engagement rings.

‘I do pretty much anything you can think of,’ he said.

He has a 35-year history of working in the watch and jewellery industry.

He added that his favourite part of his job was meeting new people and he describes himself as ‘one of life’s enthusiasts’.
