Clermont Interiors, Guernsey Arts, and Meg Marett

Clermont Interiors, Guernsey Arts, and Meg Marett have been nominated for the Arts Contribution award, sponsored by Moonpig.

‘The three parties came together as a collective to design Action for Children’s new offices in Guernsey,’ said their nominator Aaron Davies, the children’s services manager at Action for Children. ‘Utilising trauma-informed design principles the group transformed the services new office to provide Guernsey’s young people with a safe and welcoming space to access support.’

‘The team at Clermont Interiors loved creating this space, knowing how much it will be valued by the people using it daily,’ said Claire Clermont, the director of Clermont Interiors.

‘We’re excited to continue helping local charities and we are currently looking for new projects to get involved with.’

Guernsey Arts is a not-for-profit organisation which aims for Guernsey to be the most vibrant artistic community it can be.

‘Guernsey Arts is proud to have been able to work with Action for Children in helping to link up organisations, develop creative concepts and by funding bespoke artwork,’ said Jade Kershaw, community arts development officer at Guernsey Arts.

Megan Marett is a professional designer. She designed for the Vale Earth Fair two consecutive years in a row, as well as illustrating for Chaos festival, and created all designs and promotional materials for Guernsey Together 2023.
