Cayden Tardif

Cayden Tardif has been nominated for the sports volunteer award sponsored by Sure.

Cayden volunteers as a football coach at North AC and is also a football referee. He has been coaching at North for over two years. 

His nominator has said he has had a ‘massive impact’ on the children he coaches and makes the effort to learn the children’s names and ‘takes the time to help them improve.’ Cayden really helps the youngsters to understand the game, and rather than just blowing a whistle he explains to them where they went wrong and how they can improve their game.’ 

‘Nothing is too much trouble, and he gets involved in anything to help out any age of footballer. Charity matches, filming, coaching, refereeing.

‘He is always positive and a superb role model for the youngsters.’ 

His nominator went on to say how he is ‘just an amazing and confident young man’.
