Ben Fiore has been carrying a camera around ever since he was a young boy, having his first camera at three years old.
Now Ben contributes massively to the Bailiwick of Guernsey through his passion and adoration for photography.
‘He now has thousands of followers on social media and sells his work globally,’ said his nominator for the Arts Contribution award, who would like to remain anonymous.
Ben has been doing photography for 15 years and eight years professionally.
For Ben, his home is Guernsey and he has a strong passion for the island and manages to see so much beauty on the island that many people fail to spot until they see his photos.
Ben loves to share his local experience with local people, and said he was truly appreciated to be recognised for his work.
‘I’m honoured to be nominated,’ he said.
