Clinton Millard has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

After several years away from the family business, Clinton Millard’s return to Millard & Co has been met with enthusiasm and positivity feeding off his ‘infectious energy’.

Clinton left the island and his role at motorcycle store Millard & Co in 2017, but after living in England as well as working for a short time with his sister at Blue Diamond from 2022, Clinton felt he needed to return to his roots.

‘He had so much positivity when people found out he was coming back to the family business – he has had many people tell him they’re glad to have him back as a familiar face that’s always happy to spark up a random chat about something he’s heard recently and his energy is infectious,’ said Bea Smith, Clinton’s nominator for Customer Service of the Year.

‘He’s a naturally happy and charismatic person who never fails to impress somebody and make a new friend. When we are out on drives or in public he’ll always bump into somebody and say, “They came into my shop” or “I sold a bike to them” or “Their CBT is coming up soon.”’
