Jack Lowndes has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

Jack is a lovely hard-working young man and is always there to help all customers at the Iceland at Admiral Park. 

‘I have seen so many positive comments about his customer service and how helpful he is,’ said Kayley Girard, his nominator. 

When Jack serves Kayley, he always says ‘Hope you have a lovely day’. 

‘He serves you with care and consideration and is a credit to Iceland,’ said Kayley.

‘It’s surprising to be nominated,’ said Jack Lowndes who has been working at Iceland for the past three years and truly enjoys his job there. 

Getting to know everyone else who works there is what he enjoys the most and believes working in Iceland gives him plenty of skills that come in useful in day-to-day life. 

Although he kept making mistakes at the beginning of his job, after around six months he got used to it and now serves everyone with amazing customer service.
