Pamela Coutigan has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

Pamela Coutigan will always go above and beyond at the OGH, presenting the perfect customer service with a smile. 

‘Every interaction has been so friendly, welcoming and positive,’ said Louise Hardy, her nominator. 

Pamela will do everything she can to make anyone’s visit extra special, no request is too small for Pamela, offering upgrades, changes and even checking in on her guests on her day off. Pamela quite quickly becomes a friend, and you would be lucky to have her serving you,’ said Louise.

‘I’m surprised, I didn’t expect it but I’m very happy though, thank you,’ said Pamela when she heard about her nomination. 

Pamela enjoys being able to provide good customer service, just wanting to make the guests happy with their stay at the OGH. 

Having a passion for what she’s doing makes Pamela able to give every customer a memorable experience, simply being around people and having a passion for working makes Pamela happy.
